Job Title: Senior Finance Business Partner
Duration: 12 month maternity cover
Rate/Salary: £70,000-85,000 (dependent upon experience) plus £6,000 travel allowance and 10% pension
Location: Dorking/Home based (2 days in Dorking office per week/3 days home working)
The Role:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with key areas of the business by providing in depth financial analysis and strategic insights to support decision making.
The role with primarily involve effectively partnering with the Operations and Change team, assessing business cases for strategic initiatives and ensuring commercial viability and alignment with the organisation's goals.
You will assist in developing budgets and forecasts, clearly communicating expense drivers, risks, and opportunities. You'll foster effective working relationships with key stakeholders, proactively challenging and supporting the business to optimize cost management.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with substantial experience in a business partnering role.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Insurance industry experience ideal, but not a requirement
- Analytical capabilities, applicable to a broad range of commercial issues
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
